We accept cash money, checks, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and Amex. You can now tip via credit card for a merchant fee (for your convenience). But there is an ATM right next door in the Rite Aid as well. We may also shamelessly tell you there is a very fancy wine and liquor store on the other side of us.

ALL new and existing clients must sign off on our policies and provide a credit card to have on file. It will only be used in accordance with our cancellation and no show policies below. Wondering how safe your credit card will be with us? Don’t worry- We have invested in the highest security level for credit card number storage and merchant services processing. Our systems are PCI Level 1 compliant which is the highest form of credit card security in the industry. All the systems are hard wired and not available on WIFI as well. This simply means that all your credit card info is encrypted and stored in our top notch integrated payment system platform. We do not store any “hand written” or printed data on location and anything visible to our staff is only the last 4 digits of the account number once swiped or manually keyed in. Long story short, we are PCI DSS compliant through First Data’s secure eCommerce.

We ask that you respect our time as we respect yours. In doing so, PLEASE cancel AT LEAST within 24 hours. Last minute things do come up and emergencies happen; however, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file 50% of the menu prices of the total of the services you are scheduled for. The stylists need an appropriate amount of time to fill the appointment time that was reserved for you and less than 24 makes it unlikely the spot will be filled.

First time bailing with no call is just rude. If it happens at second time, unfortunately we will have to no longer take you as a client. We take respect for other people's time very seriously and our stylists do not make money when their chair is empty. If you do not show, we also reserve the right to charge your credit card on file 50% of the menu prices of the total of the services you were scheduled for. See cancellation policy.

We stand behind our work. We most definitely would like for you to make us aware of any concerns so we may make adjustments. However these adjustments need to be within 2 weeks of your original visit and preferably with your original stylist. Another stylist may assist you if there is a comfort issue or scheduling conflict.

Let's all be real here. We welcome kids that aren't climbing on the furniture or raising general hell throughout the salon; please be considerate of other paying clients and our staff as they work. Kids under 12 are not permitted to “just hang” in our waiting area if they do not have an appointment.
